What does it mean to be All In For Equal Districts?
Black, white, or brown, we need an Ohio that represents and includes all of us. Every candidate should have a legitimate chance to win an election, and all of our votes should matter equally.

For decades now, politicians have rigged our district maps to preserve their political power. They’ve drawn the lines so they can’t lose, which lets them ignore the needs of our communities. Far too many districts are drawn unfairly so everyone knows from the beginning which party will win. Ohio is not a red state, it’s a rigged state. That must change in 2021.
Having Equal Districts means all candidates start off on equal footing. Everyone has an actual shot to win and exercise political power, regardless of their zip code or skin color. Equal Districts also means every person’s vote holds equal weight. Every vote should have the potential to change the outcome of an election.
Together, the Equal Districts coalition is fighting to end map manipulation and reform our redistricting process. Together, with our communities, we're making sure our government works for all of us. No exceptions.
